I can 2 minute of plank but never a side plank and burpee not more than 8 😂
My trainer was like a monster because he always asked for 50 squats at once....oh gosh the pain afterwards. But thanks to him I can do 50 squats at once... before I used to fall while doing that but not now 😅

Tbh, it would get better after a while...i have being doing this workout combined with 3 more which takes me 1 hour 30mins and as the time passed, i have my dream body in 2-3 weeks if i am not wrong WITH 1 day gap after every week

only if you go on a calorie deficit then yup it absolutely works but be careful because you can actually pass out especially if you aren't you use to doing extreme exercises like this.

I did the whole workout thanks to my aggressive coach (my lovely cousin😇😭) by Burpee number 10 I was literally done my knees were KILLING ME😭😭 But my coach told me if I don’t do the 100 she won’t take me to a Enhypen or seventeen concert😃😭 (instead of plank crawl to a whole song I did crunches to a whole song because my knees were killing me💗🤭)
thanks for the video! overall I'd say it's important to make changes that are sustainable. I think a lot of people forget that weight loss / maintenance is not a one-and-done thing, it's something that we need to be mindful of for the rest of our lives. so a lot of those intense diets or workouts that are not sustainable for most aren't the best because they aren't long-term solutions. additionally, build habits gradually! change just one small thing about your daily life. maybe park as far as possible from your workplace so you have to walk a bit to work. or take the stairs every time at school or work. or reduce how frequently you get takeout/delivery. we all have at least one small change we can make to our routine, doesn't have to be as grand as starting a new workout or diet. anyway just wanted to share my own epiphanies as well! I hope you're doing good, wherever you are :)

I will be trying this tmmrw . I am 11 and I am doing this to improve my stamina and build core strength cuz I do calisthenics and it needs a lot of body strength and stamina 😅 Day 1 - after doing only 65 burpees my legs were in pain😅😅
